Aaron Tipton - The Smyth County Jam extends a warm welcome to Aaron Tipton. No; not "THE" Aaron Tipton out of Nashville, but a very talented man, currently from Nickelsville, VA, but originally from Gate City, VA. Aaron plays about every instrument except the fiddle; mostly he plays bass with the Raisin Cain Blrgrass. Aaron makes his living by his music. He says most of his family play music. He likes to hunt and fish when he has leisure time. Aaron's mother and father played Bluegrass gospel for thirty years. He says he likes the music of "Blue Highway Band", but has no favorite song or tune. We hope he will return to the Smyth County Jam at any time he can. Aaron plays bass with the Raisin Cain Bluegrass.
