Kevin Singleton - It was a distinct pleasure to welcome Doug Smith's very excellent band to the Smyth County Jam. Kevin Singleton is a member of Doug Smith & The Wayfareing Strangers, along with his brother Jay. Kevin plays banjo, guitar and bass. He is employed by Eastman in Kingsport, Tennessee, Kevin has one son, He belongs to a musical family. Kevin favors the music of Doc Watson and says any song/tune played in that style of flat picking is his choice. The Smyth County Jam looks forward to the return of this band, when ever they can come .
