Lula Belle Meade - The Smyth County Jam welcomes Lula Belle Meade; a fine bass player. Lula Belle says she has been playing bass for about twenty-two years. She also plays mandolin and guitar; mandolin for about three years. Lula Belle makes her home in Mountain City, Tennessee. She is a house wife who has three grown daughters and eleven grand-children! Both of Lula Belle's parents played instruments. She says she admires Doc Watson very much. We invite her back any time, she is a good addition to our jam.
