Jessee Family Band - Here are a really pleasant family who play and sing very well. We are happy to welcome each of them to the Smyth County Jam. First, there is George Jessee, who plays banjo and wife Lisa who plays bass fiddle. Daughter Rachael plays fiddle and son Andrew fills out the group on guitar. Lisa and George have been playing together for about twenty-five years. They live in Lebanon, Virginia. Rachael says she likes to listen to the Talleys Trio and Lisa likes all southern gospel groups. These folks make a great sound with their close harmonies.
