Frank Horn - The Smyth County Jam welcomes newcomer Frank Horn to this venue. Frank was born in Grundy, Virginia. He now lives in Tazewell, Virginia. He is a law enforcement officer in Bluefield, Virginia. Frank says he has a son and a daughter and two grandchildren. His cousin, Dewey Davis, who lives in Abingdon, brought him to the jam. Frank says both his grandpaws played banjo, and an uncle played guitar. He says he likes Sammy Shelor of "Lonesome River Band" and Russell Moore of " 3rd Tyme Out". He does not have a favorite tune, but likes many. The Smyth County Jam hopes this will not be his last visit here.
