Junior Hensley - Junior Hensley comes to the Smyth County jam from Dungannon, Virginia. He is a member of the Picking Parlor Boys band. J.R. (or "Junior") plays lead guitar and is an excellent singer. He is retired from Kingsport Press. J.R. says his only real hobby is playing music. His father J.R. Hensley Senior, played guitar also. J.R. has one son, one step-son, and three grand children at present. George Jones is J.R.'s favorite singer/entertainer.
