Debbie Hardin - The Smyth County Jam is happy to have Debbie Hardin on our stage. Debbie comes to us from near-by Glade Spring, Virginia. She is an excellent singer and comes from a long line of musicians/singers --the Davidson family of Saltville. Debbie is employed by Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon. She is a Phlebotomist, simply put, she draws blood from patients. Debbie has one son and three grandchildren. She began singing with her mother in church. Debbie has been involved in singing since she was about fifteen years old. She says she admires the music of her uncles Clay and Mack Davidson. Debbie likes the songs "God Sent An Angel" and "Send Me Your Best Angel." She says she also likes to listen to the Gaithers and Daily and Vincent (bluegrass gospel). The Smyth County Jam hopes that Debbie will return to visit us at any time.
