David "Boo" Cline - The Smyth County jam is happy to see David Cline back to play for us. David comes from Wytheville, Virginia. He sings really well and plays bass equally well!. He has been playing about twenty years. David is employed by the town of Wytheville. He has three children; all still at home . David says there is no family background in music that he recalls. An interesting addition to David's bio is that many of us have seen him many times at Galax Fiddlers Convention,; he sets the microphones as each act takes the stage. David says he enjoys the music of Russell Moore of "3rd Tyme Out" band. His favorite song is "Old, Old House" by Russell Moore. We hope He can come back to play and sing for us at any time.
