George Abbott - We would like to welcome George to the Smyth County Jam. He comes all the way from England. George along with Lesley Howe are in their second year of running Native Grass Little Opry. Their aim is to promote Bluegrass and Old Timey music which they love. It's one of the smallest Theatres in the world (50) seats), built in 1896. They put on a show on the last Saturday of the month (Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept and Nov). "It's run on a shoestring but our dream is to one day have an American duo or band." Their band is called Native Grass Band.
