Tom Antenucci - It is indeed a delight to see another harmonica player at the Smyth County Jam. We don't have nearly enough of these musicians. Tom makes his home in Abingdon, Virginia where he practices law. He says when he was young he took piano lessons and also plays guitar and mandolin; however the harp is his main instrument. Tom came from Ohio originally. We are glad to know he is nearby in Abingdon and we hope he will come back to the jam again soon. He states that he likes all types of music from blues and jazz to bluegrass and old-time; as well as all in between! Tom says his favorite harmonica player is a bluesman from Chicago called Little Walter. He also admires Charlie McCoy. Tom plays with the Homegrown Band on occassion.
